Agreement to Terms

By using the services of PoolGuard Galveston Pool Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services we provide. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

PoolGuard Galveston Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning and maintenance services including:

• Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
• One-time and deep cleaning services
• Green pool treatment and algae removal
• Filter cleaning and replacement
• Pool equipment repairs
• Tile cleaning and calcium removal
• Pool opening and closing services
• Pool inspection services

Scheduling and Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for service cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. For recurring services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing access codes. You are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any hazards on your property. We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed to us.

Liability and Insurance

PoolGuard Galveston Pool Care carries general liability insurance. We take great care in providing quality services, but we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing pool conditions, acts of nature, or equipment failures beyond our control. You agree that our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, pool maintenance involves many variables beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific results or warrant that your pool will remain in perfect condition between services. We will address any service-related issues promptly if brought to our attention within 48 hours of service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
